Changes and refunds are made within 14 working days from the day you receive your parcel. The change is made with products of equal or greater value.
In case of change send us the parcel, the shipping costs are charged to us, while to receive the new parcel the shipping costs are 3 €.
Every return is made exclusively through the company ELTA COURIER.
If you make your return with any other courier company it is your responsibility and charge.
In case of a company error in sending the product or receiving a defective product, the shipping costs are borne entirely by our company.
The product must be in perfect condition, as you received it and the special markings (tabs / barcode) have not been removed.
In case of refund, the shipping costs to send us the parcel are yours.
Alternatively you can send it to us with ELTA COURIER Door – Door with a charge to our company and deduct in the refund 3 euros from the original value of the product.
Products that are at a discount are not refunded, only a change with another product.
For the refund process, inform us by email (info@pukka.gr) that you wish a refund to one of the partner banks (Alpha Bank, Ethniki) and indicate the bank, beneficiary name and account number (IBAN) in which you want the deposit to be made. The refund is made within the next 7 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product. In case of deposit in a different bank, the transfer is charged to the Beneficiary (Customer) and not the Depositor ( www.pukka.gr )
The company is not responsible for any damage or deterioration of the products after their use and is not obliged to replace these products.
Order cancellation
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of completion by calling us at +30 231 555 2323 or via e-mail at info@pukka.gr. Depending on the progress of your order, we will inform you about the options you have.
